4. How long does delivery take?

We aim to ship all items within 48 hours. Once your item has been shipped you will be notified via email. Once your item has shipped on average it takes 7 - 14 working days to arrive.

ALL items are tracked and you have access to tracking numbers. Whilst we offer free shipping to every country, you may incur custom fees that are not covered by us.

 

5. Do you offer discount?

We offer discount at random to all our email subscribers as well as across our social media platforms.

 

6. What if I am unhappy with the item? 

We can only offer a full refund for unopened and unused items. If an item is faulty we can offer exchange only. We also have a 24 hour cancellation policy (please see our Returns policy).
